SHL-160 Portable Leeb Hardness tester is the new product designed with the ultra low power consumption, high performance rechargeable battery, Intelligent charging management and the USB communication port. With the built-in thermal printer and the users could print the measuring data freely. The ultra high brightness LCD screen makes it available for different working environment.

Display: With the English menu and easy operation.

Data communication: USB port and other optional.

Measuring function: Can equipped with7 kinds of impact device and when change the impact device no need to re-calibrate.

Support for many kinds of hardness scale and three kinds of strength value.

Data memory: 373~2688 groups of data (including of the each measuring data, average value, date, impact direction, frequency, material, hardness unit, etc.)

Alarm output: Could set the high alarm data and low alarm data, when beyond the range will alarm, suitable for the batch testing.

Calibration function: With the indication software calibration function.

Battery: Rechargeable lithium battery support for long time working time and the battery status display on the screen.

Software (Optional): According to customers’ need to equip the software to manage the measuring data.
