Description:  

The OC-9500 β-Ray Online Dust Monitoring System adopts the working principle of the β-Ray absorption method. It can automatically measure and record the concentration of particulate matter in ambient air. Using C-14 as the radiation source, which emits constant high-energy electrons, the sample air passes through the sampling tube at a constant flow rate via a cutter, and particulate matter is trapped on the filter membrane. When beta rays penetrate the filter membrane, their energy attenuates. The mass of particulate matter is calculated by measuring the attenuation. Based on the sampling flow rate, sampling duration, filter membrane area and environmental parameters, the working condition concentration and standard condition concentration of particulate matter in ambient are derived.

Function:  

  1. Adopts the beta ray absorption method for direct measurement of dust mass concentration, which is not affected by seasonal changes, requires no correction, and provides accurate real-time data 24/7.  

  2. High measurement accuracy, supporting optional cutters for different particle sizes (TSP, PM10, PM2.5) to achieve real-time measurement of particulate matter concentrations with various particle sizes.  

  3. Adopts the co-location design for sampling and detection, fundamentally eliminating measurement errors caused by moving filter tapes.  

  4. Equipped with a Dynamic Heating System (DHS) to eliminate the impact of humidity on measurement results and ensure accurate measurement of semi-volatile nitrates and organic compounds.  

  5. Advanced temperature and humidity compensation algorithm corrects the influence of temperature and humidity on measurements, ensuring the accuracy of results.  

  6. Uses a dual-channel diaphragm air pump, featuring stable flow rate and long service life.  

  7. Massive storage of measurement data, with data query and USB data export functions.  

  8. The device has automatic data memory and auto-restart functions after power recovery.  

  9. Intelligent control system with fault alarm and self-diagnosis functions, supporting automatic time calibration, remote reading of instrument status information, remote fault diagnosis, remote parameter configuration and remote program upgrade.  

  10. Adopts 4G full-network wireless communication, supporting multiple communication methods such as Ethernet and GPRS. Complies with the national standard HJ - 212 communication protocol and supports synchronous data upload to multiple platforms.  

  11. Equipped with breakpoint resume function to ensure the effective data transmission rate reaches over 99%.  

  12. Supports linkage with pollution control facilities (optional). When the monitoring data reaches the threshold value, the control facilities will start automatically.  

  13. Industrial-grade design suitable for harsh outdoor environments, with stable and reliable operation. It can work independently or as a subsystem of the air monitoring network.
