Gas detector as same as other instruments, calibrated with the relatively method: firstly calibration with the zero gas and standard concentration gas, then get the normal curve and store into the gas detector, when measuring, the gas alarm will transmit the gas concentration into singal and compare with the standard singal, then calculate and will come out the right gas concentration value. So, zero calibration for the gas monitor is the important work. Now on the marketing, some gas detector with the replaceable sensor, but this is not means the one gas monitor could equiped different sensor.

If renewal the gas sensor, will need time to preheat the sensor, also need to calibrate the gas detector again. In addition, we suggest that before using the gas detector, with the standard gas do the response testing is better, this could protect the gas detector.

If measuring in the opening place, such as the workshop, should carry the diffusion sampling gas detector, because it could continuously and real-time to inspect the gas concentration.

Fixed gas detection system include the gas detector and controller system, same working principle with the portable gas detector, but this gas monitor suitable for the long time testing.
