Introduction

Magnetic or Non-magnetic Coating thickness gauge

OC-780 coating thickness gauge used to measure the coating thickness swiftly, precisely and no damage, both for the laboratory and engineering environment. With the widely applications, such as manufacturing, metal processing industry, chemical industry, commodity inspection and testing fields.

This coating thickness gauge produced according to the following standards:

GB/T 4956-1985 non-magnetic coating thickness measurement on magnetic metal substrate, Magnetic Method

GB/T 4957-1985 non-conductive coating thickness measurement on non-magnetic metal substrate, Eddy Current Method

JB/T 8393-1996 magnetic and eddy current coating thickness

JJG 889-95 "Reluctance thickness "

JJG 818-93 "Eddy Current Thickness"

Features:

Working principle: both Magnetic Method and Eddy Current Method to measure the non-magnetic coating on a magnetic metal substrate,  and non-conductive coating on non-magnetic metal substrate.

Single-point or two-point method used to correct probe system deviation.

Swift automatic identification of iron or non-iron substrate.

 Speaker beep when working.

Power-off automatically when idle;  manually power-off available.

Negative display function to ensure the accuracy of zero point calibration.
